BKC, CPAs, PC is pleased to announce that effective January 1, 2024, Diane C. Testa, CPA became a shareholder in the firm.

Diane has worked for BKC, CPAs, PC for over 17 years.  She regularly performs tax planning, preparation and financial reporting for organizations and individuals, and provides impeccable service and leadership to our clients and staff alike.  She maintains a specialized focus in the non-profit sector in performing assurance services including yellow book and single audit compliance and tax services including Form 990, 990-T and multi-state charities reporting. Diane also has extensive understanding and experience with for-profit industries.

Diane is a graduate of the Richard Stockton College of New Jersey, now known as Stockton University, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and received her Master’s degree in Accounting from Rider University. Diane is an active member in the New Jersey Society of CPA’s (NJSCPA) and American Institute of CPA’s (AICPA).  Diane grew up in Hopewell, NJ in Mercer County and has been a Somerset County, NJ resident since 2017.
