BKC is currently seeking Administrative Assistant/ReceptionistS for our Flemington, NJ and Woodstown, NJ offices.

Duties may include answering phones, preparing mail and packages, proofreading, various accounting support such as soft client collections and payment entries. Copying, scanning, typing, data entry, filing, scheduling appointments, editing Microsoft Word and Excel documents, creating Adobe PDF packages, running local errands and more.

Applicants should possess:

  • Savvy with technology and new software platforms
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word (tables preferred) & Microsoft Excel
  • Learns quickly and follows instructions well
  • Excellent communication skills in writing and speech
  • Organized, friendly and team oriented
  • Strong attention to detail, highly ethical, self-directed, and results-oriented
  • Professional administrative office experience
