Joe was a partner and co-founder of the accounting firm Hodakowski & Hodakowski, LLP which merged with BKC, CPAs in 2021.  Currently as Managing Partner of BKC Wealth Management, LLC and Shareholder with BKC, CPAs, PC, Joe specializes in Wealth Management and advisory services, while bringing his former experience with Ernst & Young, LLP and in partnership  with his father in H&H, in practice since 1963.  Joe has extensive knowledge in domestic, international and tax accounting issues having worked on several publicly traded companies including Trump Hotel Casino and Resorts Holdings, Inc., Delia’s, Cantel, ITXC, Carbone Lorraine North America and Tingue Brown Co.. Today he assists companies of all sizes on various tax related issues regarding incorporation, mergers and acquisitions, taxable income projections, budgets, cash flow projections, change in ownership, tax planning and compliance.
