How We’re Helping Clients

  • A mid-sized services business was facing compliance challenges and policy updates. BKC HR reviewed the employee handbook to mitigate risk, suggested changes and updates and created new forms and procedures to formalize and document.
  • An engineering firm had issues with performance management, excessive turnover and termination.
