How We’re Helping Clients

A mid-sized services business was facing compliance challenges and policy updates. BKC HR reviewed the employee handbook to mitigate risk, suggested changes and updates and created new forms and procedures to formalize and document.
An engineering firm had issues with performance management, excessive turnover and termination. BKC HR developed a Performance Improvement Plan (PIP), updated job descriptions, helped to set clear expectations, provided processes for underperformers to mitigate risk, and created an employee survey to uncover the cause of turnover.
