Patrick J. Deo, CPA, Cr.FA., is experienced in business planning, tax planning, resolving tax disputes with the Internal Revenue Service and state taxing authorities, litigation support, business valuations, forensic accounting, etc.  Prior to becoming a Certified Public Accountant in 1984m Pat worked for the Internal Revenue Service for almost 20 years in various high level positions and received numerous recognitions for outstanding service.

Pat is a noted national speaker and frequent lecturer for the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants, is a past recipient of the NJCPA Outstanding Discussion Leader Award and has authored and co-authored various technical books and articles.
