TWO FACTOR AUTHENTICATION REQUIRED FOR BKC PORTAL USERS

Effective 11/17/23 Thomson Reuters is making updates to improve the sign-in experience and security for NetClient CS portal users through BKC.

What BKC Portal Users Need to Know:

  • You’ll need to create a new username and password. To do this, you’ll need your current NetClient CS login ID and password. If you’ve saved these details to your browser, please memorialize them. If you’ve forgotten your login ID, please email helpdesk@bkc-cpa.com.
  • The sign-in page will look different but will function the same way. This video showcases the new experience.
  • You’ll need to enable two-factor authentication. There are several options available to verify your identity when you log in. We recommend using the Auth0 Guardian mobile app, which is free on the Apple App Store for iOS and Google Play Store for Android. Learn more about two-factor authentication.

These changes will occur on November 17, 2023. In the meantime, feel free to reach out to us with any questions.

Please keep in mind that we’re continually looking for improved methods to communicate with our clients effectively and securely.   Tax clients should look out for our January Tax Planning email, which will detail the preferred way to send and receive files with us securely.

Please contact our BKC IT department at helpdesk@bkc-cpa.com if you have any questions or need assistance regarding the transition.
