Ralph Winter, CPA has managed Winter & Company for over 30 years.  Winter & Company, founded in 1935, is a full-service accounting firm, providing accounting, auditing and tax services and succession planning in New Jersey & New York.  Bedard, Kurowicki & Co. assists companies in the tri-state area reach their goals through pairing its strong financial knowledge with a deep understanding of its clients’ businesses, offering accounting, auditing, tax, and value-added business advisory services to companies across a wide variety of industries.
